Remember to leave the apartment as clean as you took it.

VACUUM-CLEAN 
DO THE DUSTING
CLEAN THE WINDOWS 
CLEAN THE BATHROOM (icluding toilet, bath tube/shower)
CLEAN THE KITCHEN (including the cooking machine, microwave oven, fridge, remove any lime scale from kettle if required)
MAKE SURE ALL THE EQUIPENT IS IN PLACE , THE LIST OF ALL THE ITEMS THE APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH IS INCLUDED AS ATTACHEMENT TO YOUR CONTRACT).

In case you don't prepare the apartment appropriately the landlord will have to order cleaning service and you will be charged for this service.
