We always respect tenants' rights and we make sure our responsibilities agains tenants are always in place. For the same reason we expect tenants to make sure all their responsibilities are fulfilled. If the tenant doesn't pay the rent, utilities, if he refuses to leave the apartment after the contract has been finished, or if there is any significant breach of signed contract we will initiate legal action. Is such a case the cost of professional legal services will extend our demands against unfair tenant, and the overall cost may be further extended by compensation.

The tenant will always, without exception, be legally liable for any unlawful action including but not limited to theft, devastation, and other actions significantly breaching the contract.
