Signing the Contract: 5 steps

1. Details on the apartment

Krok1-enCheck on our website information on where the apartment is located, what's the area, standard, and price. Compare this information with your requirements and budget. Please remember the price given in the descrition is not negotiable.

2. Call us

Krok2Call us at the phone number given in the apartment's description to make sure the apartment is still available.

3. Viewing

Krok3Make an appointment to see the apartment. Folowing the presentation you can sign the lease or book the partment, be prepared in terms of documents and cash required. Otherwise we cannot guarantee any booking or lease (more in the next step).

4. Contract or Reservation

Krok4If you want to sign the contract you can do it straight after the viewing (deposit, first rent, and documents verifying tenant required) or if you want to sign the contract in not more than 7 days you can book the apartment by paying 1/4 of the monthly rent (cash). If you sign the contract your deposit fee will be decreased by this reservation fee (which means it doeasn't generate any additional cost for the tenant), but if you quit the booking fee will not be refunded. The landlord cannot quit as well on condition of loosing double the amount of the booking fee.

ATTENTION: verbal declaration regarding the contract without reservation fee is not binding.

5. Obey the Contract

- Mind the apartment as it was your own

- Respect other people including your neighbours

- Pay on time.
